When located place a copy of the DLL file in the installation directory of the program you are trying to run. This can be another computer or search the internet. When you see an error such as the above which relates to a missing DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file - then locate a copy from somewhere else. So the only way I could tweak anything at work was to pop a CD into the CD drive with a copy of Microsoft Office that could be run directly from the CD (Not installed on the computer). In those days I did some computer programming at my workplace using the built in "Visual Basic For Applications" that was found in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel but the workplace computers were locked down by the I.T. This might work - it is an old trick I used when I wanted to carry a version of Microsoft Office around with me on a CD a few years ago.
